Ahfu's Love Life (a fu ge de tao hua yun)

Ahfu is a house repairer who is always ready to help others. But, for various reasons, he hasn’t yet been able to find a steady girl friend, though he is already past marriage age. However, luck finally turns in his favor and he has a series of affairs. A fellow-villager, Zhang Guifang, brings along his “niece,” Ahxiu, from the countryside and then stays at Ahfu’s home; a primary school classmate, Yu Hong, suddenly appears by chance and falls in love with Ahfu; a woman accountant, Jiang Yanping, and a big, fat pork vendor, Ahcai, compete for his favors. Ahfu finds himself in a whirlwind of romance. However , Zhang Guifang, based Ahfu’s home, engages in speculation and introduces Ahxiu to self-employed profiteer Hu Bin. To protect Ahxiu, Ahfu ends up in a fight with the scoundrel Hu Bin. Ahfu’s honesty and kind heart finally win him Ahxiu’s love.
