A string of murders has occurred in a desert village. Two more complicated cases arise while police are there conducting an investigation. The police man is at a loss. He finds the people of the village cynical. They reveal a complex mixture of humanity and barbarity, love and hate, good and evil. Once the case becomes clear, he finds he can not arrest the real murderer because of lack of evidence. An innocent girl is finally arrested… All that is left is the quiet and mysterious desert.
